PUBLICATION PRINCIPLES
Public Administration Journal accepts original articles in the field of public administration, political science, political philosophy, state theory, bureaucracy, public law, constitutional law and administrative law. Articles produced from ongoing or defended master's and doctoral theses and prepared by expanding papers presented at any congress (with or without a published abstract) are not accepted and evaluated. Articles that do not comply with the journal's formal writing rules are rejected without editorial review.

The language of publication is Turkish and English. The magazine is published four times a year, in March, June, September and December.
1. Articles requested to be published in the Journal of Public Administration must not have been published elsewhere or sent elsewhere for publication. The following undertaking, stating that the article has not been published or sent elsewhere, must be signed and scanned by the authors and attached to the article:
My article titled “……………...”, which I sent to you with the request to be published in the Public Administration Journal, can be published in another periodical, book, etc. I undertake that it has not been published or sent for publication. If the contrary is proven, all legal liability belongs to me.
2. Articles sent to the Journal of Public Administration must be prepared in accordance with academic-scientific ethical rules, and the plagiarism screening report (intihal.net, turnitin, etc.) must be sent along with the article.
3. Articles with more than three authors are not evaluated. Authors must state their academic and/or administrative title, field of study, short professional CV including their main works, and contact information (institutional addresses, correspondence addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses) and orcid id.
4. Articles sent to the Journal of Public Administration are evaluated by the blind editorial board and blind referee method. Articles are pre-reviewed by the Editorial Board and those deemed appropriate are sent to two separate referees. In case of disagreement between two referees, the opinion of a third referee is sought. In line with the reports from the referees, it is decided to publish the article, request corrections from the author within the framework of the reports, or reject it. The Editorial Board decides whether the submitted articles will be published after the positive evaluation of at least two referees and in which issue of the Journal they will be published.
5. No royalty fee is paid for published articles.
6. Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University has all publishing rights of the articles accepted for publication, including publishing them as full text in physical and electronic media. The responsibility for the opinions in published articles belongs to the authors.
